We allow Brands to create and manage Digital Certificates of Ownership (aka “NFT passports”), the digital life-book of the product, which will protect its value, share its history, and facilitate its transmission with confidence. We thus create a unique, dynamic and timeless link between the brand, its product, and all of its customers, including those it does not know today. Customers are thus able to prove the ownership and authenticity of their products anywhere and at any time, and thus maintain their value over time, in particular by maximizing their resale on the second-hand market. The position we are offering you ... Trust-Place is developing a completely new market, the Digital Certification of high-value products. The sales and business development aspect is therefore extremely important and strategic in order to exploit this new, very large and rapidly growing market. We are proposing a position of Sales Manager within our company, in order to strengthen our team and accelerate our growth. The candidate should be business-minded, self-motivated and autonomous, well-organized, detail-oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. He / She will manage the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of Trust-Place. He / She will be a key player in the performance of the sales team and the company. He / She will successfully deliver the company's products and services to its customers, in accordance with the budget and defined timeline, respecting company margin’s objectives. As part of the Product Team, you will work on a dedicated scope of features and with many teams of the company (sales, marketing, tech, …) to improve the value brought to the users and to ensure the quality of the product we deliver to our customers. What you will do : - Understand users via market analysis, user interviews, behavioral analytics, and collaboration with the Sales team, - Understand the competitive landscape of future features - Monitor features’ performance and user-friendliness using analytics - Frame product evolutions and improvements, along with the management and a Technical Product Manager - Write User Stories and present them to the team - Follow-up the technical implementation of the product’s evolutions - Test all features when delivered by the tech team - Create and maintain the documentation of a part of the platform and new features - Communicate internally about your features and their evolutions - Set up global demo environment to help the sales team to highlight the product’s value and new features, - Ensure that new features are properly communicated to users, along with the Sales and Marketing team - Take part in the roadmap definition You are in the right place if : - You are organized and rigorous; - You know how to and you enjoy working efficiently with multiple stakeholders on several topics at the same time; - You are very curious and eager to learn; - You are KPI driven and pragmatic; - You are a problem solver; - You are passionate about data, B2B tech companies and saas platform At Trust-Place, we believe that diversity will help us reach our full potential.
